Approximately 75 <g class=\"gr_ gr_43 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace\" id=\"43\" data-gr-id=\"43\">per cent<\/g> of the Aggregate Consideration will be paid in the form of the Cash Consideration while approximately 25 <g class=\"gr_ gr_44 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace\" id=\"44\" data-gr-id=\"44\">per cent<\/g> of the Aggregate Consideration will be paid in the form of the Consideration Shares.<\/p>\n<p>Further to the successful completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Symphony House Sdn Bhd will retain an interest in the business through its approximately 7.63 <g class=\"gr_ gr_48 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace\" id=\"48\" data-gr-id=\"48\">per cent<\/g> stake in Boardroom Limited. Dato\u2019 Abdul Hamid Sheikh Mohamed will remain as a Group Executive Director of the Symphony House Subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p>The Proposed Acquisition will provide both Boardroom and Symphony House with further opportunities for growth.
