BoardRoom acquired Solium Capital (Australia) Pty Ltd. This strategic acquisition expanded its Employee Share Plan (ESP) services and reinforced its position as a leading corporate services provider in Singapore, providing access to Solium’s ASX200 and private clients and enhancing its technical capabilities in ESP administration.

BoardRoom was delisted from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and taken private by 65 Equity Partners and Tower Capital Asia, marking a new phase of strategic investment in corporate solutions services.

BoardRoom’s wholly owned Australian subsidiary, BoardRoom Pty Limited acquired a 100% stake in Boardworx, a specialist in corporate secretarial services.

BoardRoom acquired the remaining 40% stake for China operations, and it became a wholly-owned subsidiary called BoardRoom China Limited.

BoardRoom entered into a share purchase deed to acquire 100% of CRA Plan Managers Pty Ltd in Australia. CRA is a specialist consultancy and advisory business dedicated to all aspects of executive compensation and equity incentive strategies.
